There is a serious need for affordable housing in Fitchburg, Lunenburg and Leominster.

Many of the housing properties are old and dilapidated and yet the population of the area is constantly growing.

This was seen as a good opportunity for Mr. Construction Company (MCC)  to come into the market and provide affordable housing to the local population of mostly immigrants.

The basic business concept for MCC is to buy dilapidated houses and buildings; refurbish, rent them out and then eventually sell these properties at a later date for a profit.

The current development of the company is at the initial operational stage.MCC is in the process of buying one dilapidated building that will be renovated, rented out and later put up for sale.
